Mina's Studio, a full service salon in Chapel Hill, was voted one of the best hair salons in Hillsborough, Carrboro and Chapel Hill by the reader's of the Independent in their annual Best of the Triangle awards. "We're humbled by the residents of the Triangle to choose us as one of the best hair salons in Orange County and we thank everyone for their support of the salon over the more than 20 years we've been serving Chapel Hill and the surrounding area", says co-owner Alejandra Scott.
The Independent's Best of the Triangle is an annual poll of their readers to see who they feel is the best business for categories such as restaurants, entertainment and services such as salons. The poll is available in their weekly newspaper which is available in the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. The Independent Weekly is a tabloid-format alternative weekly published in Durham, North Carolina and is distributed throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.
