I, Jorge Esquivel, founder of 171 Hair Studio, have joined the most prestigious and innovative salon in the heart of Chapel Hill, Mina's Studio.I worked on Franklin Street for over 20 years and my motivation to work with Mina's came from wanting to surround myself with the most talented hair color professionals in the triangle as my career focus is strictly on hair cutting.
With my studio on Franklin Street I was unable to keep up with the demand of requests for highlights. I am now surrounded by experienced colorist that aid me in my goal to provide you with the best possible experience. I recommend a number of Mina's stylist for your hair color needs, including but not limited to Nicole Scarlett, Kelsey Burch, Katie Grossman and Gabi Bozymski.
Education has always been my number one priority and with Mina's Studio I am given the opportunity to learn and grow as a stylist every day.
