Shine On Finishing Spray is a high-shine glossing mist that delivers a reflective veil without leaving hair greasy and weighed down. This product is a lightweight silicone based formula that controls flyaways, tames frizz and brings out dimension in swingy cuts while a mixture of emollients and lipids adds moisture.
