Experience: I've been in customer service since 1997 and have been at Mina's Studio since May, 2015.
Training/Certification: UNC Chapel Hill grad, B.A. in Communications and Media Production.
Creative Approach: I always look to think outside the box and put myself in the other persons shoes. I believe in the "compliance factor" which is how did the experience make them feel? I want people to feel happy after an interaction with me. Smiles and respect are what I bring to the table.
Hobbies: My hobbies include art, music, sports, film, tv and REAL LIFE, outside of social media. (Although I love social media) And of course fun with my family and friends. I honestly love and enjoy Chapel Hill so much.
